Products / Accounts & Finance
Accounting where nothing posts without a second pair of eyes.
A double-entry system for public bodies. Vouchers move through draft, approval and posting. Budgets, funds and cost centres sit alongside, and every report drills down to the voucher behind a number.

What it does
The full accounting cycle, with the controls built in.
Vouchers
Payment, receipt, journal, contra and adjustment vouchers, plus types of your own. Preparer and approver are always different people.
Chart of accounts, funds and cost centres
Set up the structure your regulator or donor expects, and report by fund or cost centre.
Fiscal years and periods
Define your own calendar. Posting is blocked when no open period covers the date, and periods can be closed.
Budgets
Annual and quarterly budgets, loaded in bulk from Excel and compared with actuals.
Bank reconciliation
Enter or upload statement lines and match them to posted entries, with a book-versus-statement summary.
Vendor payables
A bill recognises the expense and the liability when approved. Payments settle the bill and can't exceed what is owed.
Contracts and installments
Track staged payments per institution or contract, and tie each payment to the installment it settles.
Vehicle asset register
Register vehicles, run straight-line depreciation, and attribute repair and fuel cost to each vehicle.
Voucher lifecycle
One path from draft to ledger.
- DraftThe preparer enters the lines and attaches the purpose.
- SubmitThe voucher goes to an approver. The preparer can no longer edit it.
- Approve or rejectA different user reviews it. Rejections return with a reason.
- PostChecked against the open period and account rules, then written to the ledger.
- ReverseMistakes are corrected by reversal, never by editing history.
Reports
Statements you can defend line by line.
Click any balance to open its ledger, and any ledger line to open the voucher.
